Founded in 2004, KUNSHAN BC MECH CO., LTD is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of spinner discs for glass fiberization. We mainly engage in the production and processing of nickel-based and cobalt-based spinner discs for glass fiberization with diameters of 200mm--800mm and other accessories such as distributing basket and hubs for basket support according to customers’ requirement. We have perfect testing procedures, from waxing, smelting, machining, drilling, and other processes to all standards.

Today, BC MECH have extensive experience and guarantee the quality of our products. Our spinner discs are able to produce soft glass wool and have outstanding performance and corrosion resistance. And our products are used widely in glass fiberization and have earn the appreciation and full satisfaction from customers.

2004Shanghai Jingtong Metal Products Co., Ltd established, to sell high-temperature superalloys.

2009Shanghai BC MECH Co., Ltd established, to manufacture spinner discs.

2010Kushan BC MECH Co., Ltd established, integrated machinery processing and marketing. BC MECH have the ability to make moulds, casting, mechanical processing, drilling and inspection.
